Kids Expelled For Bringing Confederate Flag To School. Are We Still Fighting The Civil War? (PODCAST)

Two students were permanently suspended from school after walking into an after-hours sporting event with a confederate flag draped around their shoulders. The principal of the school said “The African-American students who immediately saw it really exercised heroic restraint and fortunately a teacher immediately confiscated the flag and took the students out of the gym,” he said.

Obviously schools have a right to maintain order at their facilities, but is wearing a Rebel flag making a racist statement, or is it an issue of free speech?
