Token Libertarian Girl Julie Borowski joined the Freedom Report today to discuss feminism in the libertarian movement, and whether the concepts are mutually exclusive.
Borowski recently took part in a debate with sex-positive individualist-feminist Cathy Riesenwitz, who argued that libertarians should focus more on the concept of privilege. Borowski argued against, claiming that libertarians would do better to focus on individual rights. Borowski beat Cathy in voting 75% to 25%.
With the likely nomination of Hillary Clinton to run for president in 2016, issues such as the "gender income gap" are likely to become major talking points. Are libertarians prepared for these types of debates?
